Do you know when the campsite will open?
Yes, we are already open. We open our doors on May 18, but only for accommodation. The pool and bar will open soon.
What will camping tourism be like after COVID-19?
In our case, the operation of the campsite will only be affected in the common areas, that is: Cafeteria, swimming pool, laundry and supermarket. But both the plots with INDIVIDUAL BATHS, bungalows and rooms are independent and guarantee social distancing.
What measures will be implemented regarding the health of clients and workers?
• Reception: Upon arrival, seating at the reception will be restricted to people who will check-in. Maintaining the safety distance between worker and customer. In addition, we have installed a separating screen between receptionist and client to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
• Pitch Camps: Each plot has its own bathroom and will be delivered to the client perfectly clean and disinfected. The client will therefore be the only user of his bathroom, which he will access with a key that will also be disinfected between user and user.
• Bungalows and estudios: The entire stay will be disinfected before the client enters. The bedding and towels will be washed according to the protocols established at the exit of each client. The air conditioners have been revised and adjusted to the regulations to prevent transmission of the COVID-19. Furthermore, all controls, both television and air conditioning, will be protected and disinfected.

I would like to make a reservation for this summer, but I don’t know if I can finally move to the campsite
We are flexible in this regard as long as the reservation is made directly with us. In case of reservation through other channels they would have to abide by their return policies. You can make your reservation and if you are finally unable to attend, you can exchange it for a voucher, to attend Camping Cáceres at a later time, or for a full refund of your money (only in case of direct reservation).
When the pool and restaurant open, what measures will be implemented regarding the health of customers and workers? Will all services be able to function normally?
Our priority is to guarantee the safety of our clients and thus avoid the spread of the virus. For this reason, Camping Cáceres will apply all the hygiene and safety measures that are dictated by the health authorities, such as the constant and correct disinfection of the facilities or the specific training of personnel to take extreme precautions and prevent infections.
We are currently working to reopen the pool and restaurant, always keeping in mind the new hygiene and safety guidelines.
We will soon inform you of what measures will be implemented and that all together, workers and customers, we must comply for the common good.
